my lockarm9 is off, i tried turning the console output and bootstrap, but it still wont launch on and off, but they still wont launch

Any chance I could get some help here?

I have an r4 3ds gold -- this is my exact cart:http://www.r4wood.com/product_images/l/643/R4I3DSRTS__51965_zoom.jpg

Installed TWLoader. I'm on 4.3.1. Updated both release and unofficial bootstrap.

Extracted contents of: DS Game Forwarder pack (R4iDSN, R4i Gold RTS)\for Slot-1 microSD to my flashcard's SD root.

Extracted contents of: TWLoader\flashcardroot to my flashcard's SD root.

In TWLoader, changed flashcard to r4 RTS. Press start, change to "from flashcart." Press "Add Games." DS splash screen/health and safety followed by a hang. Both screens flash white, top screen stays white, bottom screen goes black. Home menu is still responsive and I can quit back to 3ds menu.

I've played with the "Reset slot-1" setting to no effect. If I change the theme from the DS theme, I get a crash back to the 3ds home screen rather than the DS menu and such.

Any ideas?

Support for that flashcard is broken as of 4.1.0 (as stated in the OP).
As for the crashing, I may or may not be able to fix it. @umbjolt, can you look into that crashing bug? Might have something to do with a non-existent per-game settings file or something.
EDIT: I fixed the crashing bug with "Add Games", but dunno if it still happens when loading a game.

Ahh, I could have sworn I saw in the 4.3 notes that it was fixed. Sorry for the noise.

Okay so I noticed a new symptom of my white screen issue on New 3DS. I noticed when I enabled debug info on my old 3DS, a second screen appears showing various bits of information and the fact that it's now loading the rom prior to doing so. (albeit very slowly) This doesn't show up on my N3DS, instead going straight to the infinite white screen. So whatever is happening is potentially doing so somewhere between loading the bootstrap and loading the rom. If it's even loading the bootstrap at all.

Pictured below is the screen it question, not present on the offending N3DS:

And just as a refresher, the screen directly preceeding this. This one is seen on both systems, but on N3DS, goes right to a white screen:

Replace the "release-bootstrap.nds" file on your N3DS with this file.
If that doesn't work, all I can think of is make a new EmuNAND.

Yeah.. that didn't work. Out of curiosity, what is that version of the bootstrap you sent me? I noticed it's the same file size as the unofficial, but not the same MD5 hash. Regarding EmuNAND, I'm not using it anymore. TWLoader was actually working fine when I WAS, but when I updated my setup to A9LH and copied my EmuNAND to SysNAND, that's when everything got all screwed up. I guess it wouldn't hurt to do a SysNAND backup and a full restore just as one last ditch attempt to figure this out. I can always just restore it again if it doesn't then go buy a flash card next month. Will keep you posted I guess.

The version I sent you is v0.4.1, the current version.
