Homebrew [Discontinued] TWLoader - CTR-mode NDS app

So I recently updated, and while the games do appear on the menu, it doesn't load past the NDS splash screen. Running off an R4i Gold r4ids.cn card.

Also, the "Add Games" and "Settings" aren't properly aligned to the left side of the box, but rather somewhere in the middle-right of it.

Did you update both the GUI and TWLNAND side?
The TWLNAND side has the Nintendo logo back in the DS boot screen.
 
Hey so another question: is it normal for games to hang on any kind of screen transition? (Eg: changing menus, loading new areas, etc.) I'm still getting the inexplicable white screen issue on my New 3DS even after formatting my SD card, so I decided to try on my old 3DS. It does work, albeit only with one specific SD card for some reason, however any game I load, (SM64DS included) will hang in the aforementioned transitions for upwards of three to five minutes or more. For a while I thought it was just Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow and shrugged it off, but then I started experimenting with other games, and they all seem to do it.

Did you update TWLoader on the 3DS'es?
And yes, it's normal for loading times to be that long.
 
Hey, i saw the new update, thanks for your work and effort! Nice job.

I use a card which falls under "R4iDSN/R4i Gold RTS" and i saw:

"R4iDSN/R4i Gold RTS (Support is broken as of v4.1.0)."

in the start post, is this still actual / right? Because actually mine is still not working with the new update (worked before).

(White Screen with every option i tested, no matter with what bootstrap)

And yeah i unpacked the contents to my flashcard ;)

If this status is the case, nevermind, i will wait then.

And out of curiosity, why did the functionality broke?

Yeah it's fully up to date. The problem isn't just initial loading times, but rather ANY loading. Changing a menu in an already loaded game included. I know for a fact it didn't used to be this bad with at least Sonic Rush. It hung for a few seconds between menus, but that was it. That was however on my New 3DS back when it still worked. Could that be the reason perhaps?

TWLNAND side started using devkitARM r46.
 
@Robz8 - where do the boxart get pulled from? I've checked all over the wiki and it just says "from the internet". It seems it's not pulling pokemon black or black 2, they show up as empty boxart with a ? in the middle. Every time I load the app it tries to pull it but doesn't seem to be successful. White and white 2 were fine.

They're from GameTDB.
 
So um.. any idea how I could get the loading speed I had on my New 3DS back on my old? I don't think it's an SD card issue. Could it be the N3DS processor difference?
