I've tried TWLoader only on the latest version before 5 and it was working in a strange way:
- Add Games would load the flashcard menu and let me play them
- A blank (white) icon was added after the Add games one and selecting it would crash TWL bringing me back to the Home menu

However thanks for the help, the app, and the really really fast answers.

Did you extract what's in the "sdroot" folder in TWLoader.7z to the 3DS' SD card root?

I installed the app through QR code, and those folders were created on the sd card when I was transferring other files, should I still extract the archive on the root of the SD card?

If you're trying to load it from SD card, none of the mainstream Pokemon games work from SD card yet.
Currently, it only works from flashcard.

That's because the game isn't supported.

FYI I've copied again the files from "DS Game Forwarder pack (DSTT, R4i Gold, R4i-SDHC, SC DSONE).7z"\for 3DS SD Card\_nds to the SD card root\_nds and now it works, probably it's somehow different from the one from the TWLoader.7z and is needed (even if in the first post you say otherwise).
