BTW, to all people having issues crashing after pressing START, that issue is solved in 5.0.1, so, when next release arrives, you won't get ANY crash pressing START

PS: If someone doesn't trust me, just go to settings on 5.0.1 and press START.

whats are the blank empty icons on main screen, it can't be deleted with x or entering the select menu (makes the program crash). Any way to get rid of them?

The blank empty icons are part of the original DSi Menu.
The crash should be fixed in the next version.

There's a "flashcardsdroot (all)" folder, meaning it's for all flashcards.

I copied the "flashcardsdroot(all)" and the flash card forwarder for the r4 to the root of the sd card, but it boots to a grey and black screen when I tried to add a game. Did I do the setup wrong, or is this just a bug?

In the first post it's stated that "DSTT/R4i Gold/R4i-SDHC/R4 SDHC Dual-Core/R4 SDHC Upgrade/SC DSONE (not needed as of v5.0.0)" so I haven't installed it, but I added the files from the "flashcardsdroot (all)" folder of the TWLoader.7z to the root of the R4.

Have I skipped something, done something wrong?

You skipped copying the files/folders from the "flashcardsdroot (your flashcard)" folder.
