You only need DSP dump if you want sound.
Try re-scanning the two QR codes in the OP.

If there's no effect, try updating release bootstrap in the settings screen.

If it doesn't work, delete "settings.ini" in "sd:/_nds/twloader/".

It worked! I am able to load the app again! But the problem with being unable to launch compatible games still stands

I installed both, no, other roms dont work either, just a black screen
