In "This PC", right-click on your SD card, click "Format".
A window will appear, showing what filesystam and allocation size you have set. Set the filesystem to FAT32, and set the allocation size to "32 killobytes".
It's up to you if you want "Quick Format" selected.
If you have set the filesystem and allocation size, click "Format" when you're ready.
Make sure you copied all of your files on the SD card to the "My SD backup" folder, before you start the format.

Next I test to see if it works right? What if it does not work?

@Robz8 I really like the wood theme but it doesn't have all the features that the dsi theme has. Any plans to add them? (such as setting donor rom, custom settings per rom, etc)
