ATTENTION!
To anyone wanting to update to update to 11.4, please don't update.
11.4 breaks the reboot patches in Luma, and as a result, AGB (unreleated to TWLoader) and NTR/TWL modes are broken, meaning that you can't run any ROMs from the SD card, flashcard, or even run your retail DS cartridges.

EDIT: This only happens on New 3DS. Old3DS/2DS seems to be working.
EDIT2: The issue is fixed in the latest Luma nightly.

To late I updated >.<. Guess Ill be waiting till it gets fixed

Has there been any updates for twloader or bootstrap? Is it still being worked on?
No, yes.
For bootstrap at least.
He has been working on asynchronous prefetch. It's basically where software tries to predict what the game will load next so it can have It ready when the game needs it.
But it can be hard to predict what a computer is going to do sometimes.
He doesn't want to release anything until it's semi stable.

Okay good, glad its still being worked on

Whelp. To follow up my previous issue, I did end up reformatting my SD card after all and... it still gives me a white screen. Incidentally, it works just fine on my old 3DS, so something about this system specifically is wigging out, and I have no idea what it could be at this point.

Did you format your SD card with 32kb cluster size?

Yep. I remembered that bit of information just before I did so. I even tried updating to the latest Luma hourly with no luck.
What were the games you tried again?
EDIT: "Now booting bootstrap
Running sd:/_nds\release-bootstrap.nds with T* parameters"

*I? 1? it's a weird character I still can't seem to read properly.

It's a 1.

Oh yeah... I must have had a brain fart looking at the underscore on the top line, haha. Anyways, I've tried Castlevania Dawn of Sorrow, and Sonic Rush. The latter of which has worked on previous versions of TWLoader, and the former works on my old 3DS, albeit with loading times between menus so long that it's hardly even worth trying to play.

Try Super Mario 64 DS.
Also, make sure Console output is off. That helped with one user.

Why is this software so picky and hard to diagnose issues for?
Why does flipping between unstable and release sometimes fix it even though they are the same?
Why does turning on/off console debug affect the success rate so much?
I think somebody needs to investigate these bizarre issues and add more self diagnostics to twloader.
It's been months and this still feels pretty hacked together.

Because they actually aren't the same.
The previous version of TWLoader only works with unofficial bootstrap, because it doesn't rely on an extra option.
The latest version of TWLoader only works with official bootstrap, because TWLoader saves the required option to bootstrap's .ini file, which the official bootstrap actually needed to run.

Wait, so you're telling me the option to switch between bootstraps doesn't and never has actually done anything? O_o
