Hacking Disc Error while playing

Hey, Ive installed homebrew channel and Ive tried neogamma backup loader and softchip loader and the backup loader channel wit 002 error fix and the cios but sometimes while I play a game the game just suddenly stops and I have an error saying disc cannot be read error. Does anyone know what the problem is ? Thnx

i had that problem too till i figured out it was just a bad dvd burn. which brand dvd-r are you using?
