put all games on an external hdd, activate hen, seen them repopulate. then, make a backup of your app.db in system_data/priv/mms . backup all of those databases, one is for games, another for dlc, another for video and audio that you've recorded, and the last one is your notification.db which records installs.

The official db doesn't work for fpkg, so you need to restore your db that you backup to repopulate your games.

your issue may be CanRemove in the app.db. it sounds like it's not either 0 or 1. 1 means you can delete the game yourself, even works with some default titles. I've never heard of a game deleting itself.

The ofw repopulate also only difference if you dont have entitlement it is locked but like the name says fpkg. In entitlement it is considered free and unlocked by hen.

off topic, but I got all my switch games downloaded and installed. I'm completely digital, so I'm backing up the games now (all in alphabetical order). I plan to put odyssey on this micro sd, since I want the rest of the power moons. I think I've got the hardest ones.
