Crediar already did a USB loader for this. Ever wondered about the "Lite" in DIOS MIOS Lite?
Original DIOS MIOS used USB. But it didn't work very well. Even Super Mario Sunshine doesn't work.

The gc mode doesn't disable the USB ports, it simply doesn't have a driver for them.

I Followed everything there but when i played mario sunshine and windwaker, it was horrible graphics, took like 7 minutes to get to the title screen, and luigis mansion freezes when start is pressed. i tried DML 21 AND 12. I AM USING 2GB SD CARD.ITS WHITE. SOLD IN GAMESTOP. PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME OUT! THANKS IN ADVANCE

Wind Waker (not walker, lol) only works well after you patch it.
