Hacking Dios Mios Black Screen?

I've been trying to get DM working for over an hour. It is installed but no matter what i run it doesnt even show the Splash. not even running a disc from the wii menu. DML works, but I want the USB support.

BC is also latest.

HDD is a FAT32 at 32kb clusters
