/sigh, i just don't have the time to develop that I used to...props for this, yours tends to take a more visually apparent approach to a custom system menu, you may want to consider taking custom "styled" menu. I'll probably come up with a whole separate name for mine come release, no worries.

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out. FS Browser, find 00000042.app in shared1 folder and press 1 to dump it to sd card.

Witch FS Browser you use?

I Installed a 001.app with rename to 045.app (PAL) And install via Softmii tweak (I don't use SoftMii at all)
But, It bricked... I had the orginal 001.app still (Just backuped it with renaming, no replace) and renamed to 045.app and install that one again...
Unbricked...

sorry, can't help you adr990, I used the 00000042.app file that it backed up and it bricked me too. I guess I'm still looking for the original 42.app also.

I was able to fix my brick by simply replacing my 42.app with one included with softmii.

I did unbrick with my backup lucky,
Or else I did try:
My Wii_FS 045.app or cIOS Downgrader or reinstall IOSv290.wad

(Preloader -> HBC)

Wow, thanks. I feel like an idiot. Unplugged the gamecube controller and it worked.
Also, all I have to do is change the .health file name to health.ash, and then repack the app and it will have a different health menu, right?
