Hacking Did the ISO burn wrong?

Well, I burned Spryo Dawn of the Dragon to a DVDx.
Once I put it into neogamma... the wii makes funny sounds and then it showed the game's code and everything, then a green screen flashed up for a sec..and it never loaded =/ The wii keeps making some funny sound though.

Notes:
Have cIOS rev 14
DVDx installed
Burned at 4x speed using imgburn
Wii Ver 4.1

Edit: I tested the same ISO through a USB and it loads perfectly, just that I want it on a DVD-R because I don't have much USBs
Yes I used Neogamma R7

It does sound like a bad burn, or low quality discs. It could also be incorrect settings in NeoGamma (like video mode and language)

    Check for any temp throttling with software before poking around inside it depending on age might be good practices to do it anyway
