Anywayz, Nintendo will ban you if you get insanely high rankings etc. They won't ban you otherwise if i'm right.

But testing a code once won't alert HVS? I quitted the match and I killed somebody once

No, they don't have actual detection code running or something (yet).

Source?

The current games (MKWii, fo example) does not check their game's hash for example, and can't send faulty hash alerts to nintendo's servers. So ONLY manual bans are possible, which are seen with uber insane high scores for example. The wii itself can't detect cheat codes on a game whatsoever, and never will be able to, as told here:
http://hackmii.com/2009/02/why-the-wii-wil...get-any-better/

New games, can have anti-hack protection build in them, but then the protection is IN the game, and can be patched out with another cheat code. Nintendo can never have online cheat protection, maybe only server sided (when you have 20 headshots in a second for example, the server can autoban you) but client side detection is almost impossible.
