ROM Hack did i screw up? can some one help?

i was playing shin megami tense devil survivor and after cheating a bit ( cause its my second play through and the fact i lost my original save cause of corrupted sd card i can't buy any demons higher than jack frost or bronze group
i am uaing an acekard 2i on a ads with latest akaio
it makes the game harder

• What cheats did you use? Linking us to download the URSCHEAT.dat doesn't tell us anything. You could have twenty cheats installed for the game but only have activated two of them.
• Was making the game harder not the intended effect of the cheats you used?
• Is the ROM you used patched or anything of the sort?

i used the codes
enable all options on menu
remove level restriction
max money (select)
auction rating max
and exp times 8

i the cheats i used wasn't intended to stop new demons from being added to the auction
there isn't even a cheat for that

im not sure if the rom i used was patched or not but it does have one up next to the name

Yes that's breaking the rules.

On another topic, however, OneUp is a ROM release group. That's not relevant to it being patched or not.

Cheats are always a gamble. I'm not too sure what caused your problem, but it's possible that some of those cheats cause unintentional side-effects when used simultaneously.

There is always a chance cheats can screw up your game, alot of the time cheats will cause the game save to be corrupted and erased just so you know, always backup your saves before you play with cheats.
