This program is not designed to emulate any bluetooth controllers other than a PS3 sixaxis. Virtualization of Wii peripherals would have to be manually programmed and added to this software, which is not a trivial task at all; you could request this feature to the developers of this program, but I wouldn't expect anything to come out of it.
GlovePIE requires a real Wii peripheral connected to the PC's bluetooth stack. If you wanted GlovePIE to accept input from a virtualized Wii peripheral, this program would have to be even more massively re-programmed, which is just not worth the effort when the program itself has tools for mapping mouse and keyboard input to its virtualized controllers.
The only thing that might work without modifying this program at all is getting a PC to interface with the Wii via bluetooth or USB (the latter would probably be more likely to work) with the custom hardware required, and trying to virtualize a PS3 controller that a Wii running Devo would accept as input. Since Devo can use real PS3 controllers in its current state, it might be able to interface with a virtualized one via this method.
