I have googled and looked through both the retronx readme and the pcsx rearmed readme on github and cant find any information on this, exactly what bioses do whe need and where is the information on why we need 3 of them? :)
Look on that archive site for a "RetroArch BIOS pack" posted by some stranger called lordelan. It should contain anything needed.

One of the most useful uploads. I use it regularly ;)

Unfortunately Rayman 1 for psx doesn't work.
I know, Gutted. Rayman 1 is one of my favorite games on the PS1. :(
@m4xw do you have an idea why it doesn't run on Switch? It runs correctly on the PC version of PCSXRearmed?

5 bins or more?

Sooooo what does this have to do with multi-disc .PBPs? It's technically two separately self-booting discs that can boot independently of the other or a save file, and I never said anything about .PBPs themselves not working.
Multi-disc .PBPs work on other platforms, but not on Switch. It's a platform-specific problem. I've made that pretty darn clear.

I hope that m4xw fix it

I got that pack last week, right before the Iso Zone stopped hosting games.
I got quite a few romsets from there before the hit, and also got that pack by the "unknown source" for backup purposes :D

Can anyone point me to a tutorial, or fancy explaining themselves, how I get a game to run on dosbox. Or fancy sharing an already prepared game that I can look at?

It never did not support them, lmfao
I think he's refering to the very beginning of RetroArch libtransistor ports back then which indeed did not support saves.
But that's so many month away. Seems like he looked for it last christmas, saw it not working and went away salty for almost a year without caring.

Thanks! Where do I find nightly builds or whatever? Also I checked out the config file. For PSX only? How about NES? :)

Just tested my config file on snes and it works there as well, did not need to change anything.
I was able to enter the menu from both players using analog click and +/-
So if anyone wants an easy way of playing multiplayer go ahead and use that config file if u want :)

Lol i figured out why it did not work "sometimes" :P
Player one needs to be the right joycon, so start RetroNX and then remove the right joycon first and press a button on it, that will bind it to player 1 :)
EDIT: explanation, + is bound as start, and if u want start to behave the same way when joycons are attached vs dettached then player one needs to have the + button on his/hers controller
