What's AMAZING is knowing all these cores seem to be running well after waking from sleep.

One person tried to tell me different but I laughed, probably a slow micro sd card on their part.

By the way I do have an sdxc card working with all these cores, its wierd people think NONE of them work.

Lots of progress and @m4xw yoyr original contribution to this thread has really helped everyone out here.

My next step will be to port a random core to the switch, possibly updated most recent build of retroarch vba-next. Feel the right thing for me to do is self teach myself this way I can BETTER HELP toys all here and keep things updated.

:D, anyway I am gonna give XMB/Material a try with the assets.

If it works with SNES and other cores that will be next level.

Sweet baby jezuzzzzz
Once Mupen64 comes along with XMB, I will for sure remove the dust from my Switch lol

Haha it's funny temptation is getting to you NOW lol

is it sad that retroarch is pretty much all i want my switch for?
Not really, I'm on the same boat too lol
Mostly due to N64 and PSX being a possibility (and PSP too :P)
XMB is Indeed very beautyful, but for the Switch I think Material will fit perfectly on it :)
Indeed :)
Either one would be a great addition, Material would fit with the whole Android vibe, but I can't replace my beloved XMB XD

@CatmanFan I know you ported your first core to the switch yesterday, great work by the way.

I was impressed with how you got everything sorted out.

I'll be attempting the same feet most likely today. You dont have to obv but if you have any useful links or anything that would be helpful.

If not it's all good, want to help with keeping things up to date along with learn something new.

Nothing g better then dedication and it payed off for most here. Great team we got.

Will look more like Laka in that regards somewhat. Without the battery issue and with audio hmmm

Much appreciated.
I was not doing this one on purpose in case someone else wanted a easy one to try

Been testing the SNES core on 5.0.2 and it's pretty much flawless at this point, even with vsync on (which I've set to default). Tested with around 20 games and having a great time.

One issue - or I guess more of a request - is support for a 2nd controller. Tried messing the settings but couldn't enable it (unless I've missed something?)

Fantastic work though guys. If this was as much progress as it got, I'd take it :D
