Ah, so its actually an underlay? Gotcha.I write the rendered image OVER the overlay (I know, right?)

More like a background!Ah, so its actually an underlay? Gotcha.
This is actually a Neo Geo Pocket core (hence Beetle_NGP), you must've mistook it for Beetle_PSX.Don't dream of any PSX cores before I finished threading.
Other than that, just try it out.
Sorry I edited that I didn't hear of the core. This is actually a Neo Geo Pocket core (hence Beetle_NGP), you must've mistook it for Beetle_PSX.
Yeah one would assumeI can still port something like Beetle_NGP, right?

Overlays are set up in there respective folder.
Menue is all cleaned up and NO overlay in the menue.
L to LOAD states and R to SAVE states.
L3 and R3 for RetroArch menu.
NO rewind or slow motion changes AT ALL.
LOAD CONTENT start directory for roms is /switch/roms/GBA
Overlays can be changed and there are currently a total of 4 Overlays you can CHANGE in the overlay menue. Dont remove them this time lol
The rest you will see for yourself.
Any slowdowns or audio issues are not from me the VBA emulator is not 100% and some games run better then others it seems in that regards.
YES SNES is priority as usual figured why not help polish off and clean up the VBA build a bit

Thanks for your efforts. This is really amazing.
Please we have just one request if you can make these emulators run in fullscreen we’ll be really appreciate.
Thanks for replying. We all hope to get fullscreen in these cores.so far, from what i can tell no, and thats why we have over lays, maybe it is something that could happen later, but there are aspect ratios they follow too
So I wanted to be useful and try a core that needs BIOS for some games to run.
This time I tried FCEUmm the NES/FDS emulator.
It seems everything works just as fine as everything else including FDS games.
To get them to run you need put the disksys.rom BIOS file in /switch/fceummnx/

Yes give me a fewCan you up them on github, so I can import them to my gitlab for deploy?
Saves me some work
Thanks for this.
Should work on all SW Rendering based cores, tho.Though as you have been told mupen will not work
- Add the lines for libnx in M4xw's SNES9x2010 makefile to the makefile of whatever core you are trying to port.
- Compile and pray
- rename the output to libretro_switch.a
- move that file to the root of the RetroArch_LibNX repo
- Compile and pray
- Modify the NRO as you see fit
- Copy to switch
- Run and pray
I am by no means a wiz kid dev, nor do I want to come off as one. I am just someone who codes a little bit and has been using RA for years
