Awesome work man!
I'm guessing your success in this project could lead to many more successes to come.
Keep it up and thanks!

I've tested mario advance 2 with it and I can say it's a bit slower even without the sound.
Also while playing if you go to the menu - and + controls stop working for a few seconds. Doesn't happen all the time though.
I can say retroarch on the Switch rocks!

Switch version?

Strange. The game works just fine on 4.1.

Actually I am on 4.1 too and I can definitely say the other ported vba-next is faster.
Maybe got used to that speed? Also checking the option menu while playing shows framerates between 56 & 58.

tested on 5.0.2 roms load for like 2 seconds goes to white screen and freezes have to press home button to exit tried 3 different games zelda dx, mario delux and pokemon crystal.

I tried Pokemon Yellow. Worked fine.
What games did you try? I'll definitely look into that.

Also, mGBA has full support for BIOS (i.e. the GBA startup thingy), that's probably the only thing that sets it apart from VBA-Next.

When it comes to Retorarch Cores mGBA is considered better than VBA-Next and Nestopia is better than FCEumm.
