ROM Hack Deleting games under SX Pro

Using SX Pro, and can put XCI file in the root, and then use CFW to install. However, how do I uninstall a game? Can I just delete the file? What directory contains the game file? (its not the install file, as I've deleted those but the game is still there). When I use the Data Management screen and choose "Delete Software", it says "Please delete data after removing the game card.". How do I delete the game?

Basically, it's saying to use a different xci file. it can't delete the game if the switch "thinks" the gamecart is still in. It can't delete a "read-only" gamecart. So, ether use a different xci or reboot the switch...
