(sorry for shitty english im italian) my friend formatted his 2ds, deleted important files like boot.firm, boot9strap, 3ds trying to un-hack his 2ds like a dumbass and it would only turn on for an half second with the blue light and then turn off. i attached a screenshot of which files are left in the sd card, please help

Add boot.firm to root of sd card

where should i download it? someone said that i should download luma3ds and rename it boot.firm but idk exactly what to do cause i'm stupid and never touched things like this without a tutorial

yeah, bootstrap and 3ds won't cause that problem. just put boot.firm on the sd card root. you can download it from the 3ds github.
