Delete spotpass notifications?

Wondering if there’s any Homebrew out there that manages notifications on the 3Ds, that way I can get rid of the ones from apps I don’t have anymore

NotifyMii didn't work last time I checked.
Purification has worked for me recently however.

There should be. I only used it to delete one.
