What's the best way to delete unneeded content from a Wii ISO? Wiiscrubber seems to give you an option to replace a file with a dummy but not completely delete it. Are there any other tools that will do the job?

The point of Wiiscrubber is so that you can compress the file using WinRAR or 7-zip. I'm not sure of the exact reason, but you cannot completely remove the data from the ISO.

That's true, but a lot of people use that program for modding: swapping files, etc. Just wondering if there's anything else that would actually allow deletion.

WiiScrubber 1.40 includes a feature that lets you unpack an entire ISO into folders/files, and also allows repacking those folders/files into an ISO. I haven't tried it, but maybe if you unpack the entire ISO, delete the file, and then repack it, it will have the result you're looking for? Just an idea, I hope it helps.
