ROM Hack decrypting >4gb 3ds rom

here's my dilemma, I have resident evil revelation encrypted .3ds Rom which I am trying to convert to cia in order to install on my 3ds, but the 3ds rom is a little over 4gb and can't be moved to my 64gb ad card because of the fat32 file system, I am trying to decrypt that rom using my 3ds but I can't because of the fat file system can't have >4gb file, what's the best solution for this scenario? Thanks

Could use Freeshop if it's on there or you could use version 5 of this

I think there are tools on PC that can trim the .3ds file, making it below 4GB.

I believe the SD card has to be in FAT32 for the 3DS to read it.
