Hacking decompress 3ds file

anyone know how to decompress a file using

i am able to compress a file following the instructions no problem but to decompress I have no idea.
i am using lzovl

3DS ROMs can have partitions extracted, decrypted and decompressed. Look here:

You may find some DS formats reused in 3DS games.

I need to use dsdecmp what is the command line syntax.
i have the games files already they are compressed using lzovl

Maybe 3ds explorer can help you? I know it has an decompress option and remembering the name dsdecmp was written in the tool of the 3ds explorer
