Misc Decompiling WiiWare with Ghidra

I was wondering if there is currently any way to extract the main executable from a WiiWare .wad? I know that 00000001.app contains the .dol but I've been unsuccessful in unpacking it with any available tools. Throwing it into Ghidra doesn't do anything either


- Already tried basically every U8 unpacking tool out there
- Already have the GC/Wii loader for Ghidra installed

What is your main goal with the .dol?

.app files are U8 archives, I think they can be extracted with ShowMiiWads

Sharpii, wiipy, rustii, etc should also work if you're okay with command line

00000001.app probably IS the dol. Use the gamecube/wii loader here:
