Hideo Kojima's first title since he split from Konami, Death Stranding, is coming to PS4 this November 8th. The game features a Hollywood-worthy cast with actors like Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, Lindsay Wagner and more having key roles in the title. However, while Sony is publishing the game, it won't remain as a PS4 exclusive for long. Kojima Productions announced via a tweet today that the game will also be released for PCs in early summer of 2020!

I think you vastly overestimate how many people bother to pirate games.

Fanboyism aside, these games are still releasing on the PS4 long before the PC versions, and it does still have a number of good exclusive games. The Xbox shares literally all of its games with PC because that's Microsoft's business strategy now, for better or worse.

last i heard denuvo had a big overhaul with borderlands 3 and the current teams seem to be waving the white flag, if nothing changes between now and then denuvo will probably be getting a second wind of all the major titles using it again

Please 505 Games (or whoever has to make that decision): Bring this game to Google Stadia (in addition to Steam / EGS)
The game looks visually stunning, and I can not imagine that the game runs with (true) 4k at a stable 60fps on the PS4 Pro.

With the slow paced gameplay (at least from what I saw in previews) that would not suffer to much from a bit of input delay this could be THE game to showcase the potential of Google Stadia.
Imagine the game at 4k, ultra graphic settings and a stable, locked 60fps...without spending a fortune on a new PC (I think my 770GTX won't run the game smoothly).

Fuck Google Stadia and streaming games in general!

This is great news! Honestly, I wish it didn't take so long to be released for PC though, especially with the original being a PS4 title. I'm glad that its coming to PC and I'll consider buying it there, but I don't want to hear anything about "the response being underwhelming on PC" from publishers/developers when they don't stick to release parity. "Summer 2020" will be more than 6 months after release after all, so I hope they take that into account with the price of the game, any included content/DLC, and sales expectations. Still, as a fan of other Kojima Productions titles, I'm glad Death Stranding isn't console exclusive - now lets just hope they commit to a Steam release when they say "PC" and there is no chance that the game will be exclusive to the vile, contemptuous Epic Store.

P.S - To hell with Denuvo and any other invasive anti-piracy tech.

NordVPN wasn't "hacked" one of their server providers left vulnerable remote management software running on their system, so technically hacked, but not nordVPN themselves but instead one of the servers that they were using, and from what i read it was a tool the server providers left on the system, not even a mistake on Nords part....although i guess they made the mistake of not making sure that their server was totally secure

as for the denuvo stuff sure there is a possibility that they overlooked some secret debug command to break the denuvo security, but from a small statement i remember reading from one of the hacking groups they have now started using a computer specific virtual machine so even if they manage to emulate all the commands to get the game running on one system they would have to make a system specific crack for every computer they want to run the game on
