She's agreed informally to child support, and I've indicated that I'm not going to pursue alimony or alienation, again informally. I don't want to punish her, and I want the kids to know we don't have bad feelings towards each other.

..and actually I'm doing pretty good now. My dad left me two houses, and I'm pretty sure I'll have a tenant in one of them in two months, so that'll bring a bit of money in. I'm moving me and the kids into my childhood home in a few weeks, and am busy getting it ready. It's much bigger than our current house, and the kids love it. I also have some money coming to me, again from my dad's passing, so that will help me get my debt more under control. I really wish my dad was alive right now though.. he would have been overjoyed at my news. While he was alive he helped me quite a bit concerning the kids and the custody issues, and he had a lot of faith in me, more than he had ever expressed before. Shame he couldn't have lived just another few weeks. Ah, well... so it goes.
