I'll agree with many others--they have good products and great prices. They can take a while to ship though--but its free so hey, who am I to complain? I believe it took exactly one week to get to my house when I ordered and I'm in the US and it ships from Honk Kong.

I have never cancelled any order in DX before.
I ordered something today and I cancelled it just after 5 minutes.
How long will it take, to get the refund or any respond from them?
I want to buy something else.

It takes about 1-3 business days for the refund. I wouldn't worry about it and just order your next item anyway.

Btw, do the refund gets added into your paypal account or to your credit card?

If to paypal account than I am done... cuz my paypal account was deleted but I used the same email adress...

Bought some stuff from them last month. It didnt ship till the 2nd of this month so i should expect till the 12th-14th they say.

Addition my 30$ 5 item order shipped in 2 pieces. One shipped the 2nd and the other the 5th. So kinda slow.

I live on the East Coast so it does take longer for me than I hear about from others. One of the main reasons I like DealExtreme is not for their flashcart availability, but all of the miscellaneous novelty stuff they also sell. Whenever I buy a flashcart or expansion card or whatever, I always pick up a few odds and ends like the fake mustaches or 100-pack of dice.

Btw, I got my refund and ordered some other things.
When shipped, I will post how long it took to arrive.
Usually takes between 6-12 days for me from DX.

I think dx is great. If you want great prices and free shipping, just deal with the long shipping. Sometimes you get lucky and they send it quick. Rumor has it that if you add the one cent gift package thing, you get faster shipping. If you continue shopping on the site, you get points to get free stuff.

I ordered twice from there. my latest was early this month for a 3-in-1 and just got it yesterday. I love them.

I love that shop they are not customs friendly I mean I ordered lot from them and never had customs problems

If you live outside the US, you might get hit with either an import tax or customs tax you have to pay when in arrives before they can release it to you.

In countries like Belgium, the customer would have to pay the custom fee.

I bought a M3Real from them and didn't paid the custom ...
They send it as gift (1$ value) so it's not easy to put a 'tax' value on it.
Take between 2 and 3 weeks

i ordered an ez-flash 3-in-1 last year and got it in ten days.

2 weeks ago i ordered a microsd to memory stick duo adaptor which is still pending... hasnt even shiped yet and now it is out of stock till july.

they are really slow for some items...

You should get your package within a few days, if customs or postal hasn't fooled around with it.

I'm in Australia and I still consistently get packages 1.5-3 weeks from when I ordered. But really, I wish they did have an option to declare the 'real' price of the package. Our threshold when they start taxing private imports is $1000. Yeah, TAKE THAT EU.

That's good, Now I'll just stay busy with other stuff... if I can, as long as the anxiety of waiting doesn't get to me.

SUPERAWESOME EDIT NOT WORTHY FOR DOUBLE POST: I just got it today. The reader I ordered with it, is indeed, the worlds smallest. It scared me how small it was.
