i really want to buy m3 ds real for rly cheap price so i was wondering if its fake or not..

It could take a few more weeks then BoxShot's. He lived in Hawaii while you live in EST. Thats kind of a difference.

I've ordered many times from DX have been from 12 days to 2 months living in EST just what product they have in stock. I've had the luck that some stuff I have ordered listed in stock have gone out of stock before my order was completed.

Count on couple of weeks.....It won't come faster then 10-12 days....It usually takes two-three weeks...But sometimes it's even couple of months due to high demand on bought product, so you have to wait for them to re-stock it.

Hyun, why not buy it from kickgaming.com :]. Its one of gbatemp's affiliated sites and there was just a contest of its reopening. The site looks reliable. (Oh come on, a site that is a friend of GBATemp's is of course reliable!)
