What can I used to enable cheats using A9LH and Luma 3DS? Also would I use the Gateway cheats or the AR Codes?

AR Codes were patched a long time ago. And Gatewaycheats are only usable with the Gateway. An update for A9LH is announced by Gateway.

You can also downgrade your browser to use AR Codes, and the NTR client for Gateshark. Don't quote me on the latter though.

The "Working" and "Not working" feature doesn't really work. My codes get reported when people didn't even test it... (I'm 100% sure all of my newer codes work). There's too many trolls to trust them to answer responsibly.

Yep same thing happened to me too. Some of our games require a specific update for the cheats to work. So some users mark it as not working, maybe because they haven't got the correct version.
So it is best if we always state which version we are using. Even if it is v1.0

Both Game version and often 3DS region/model can effect the proper address. I've never even bothered figuring out pointers... Badge Arcade addresses change all the time without any updates!

Using this as an example: There are Codes for SSFIV3DE that Lock up the System when you Press the Required Buttons. It does not say for a Specific Version. Also, dont know what is going on, but NTR Codes for the same Game no longer works. I have the Eur Version, I have the Folder Name Correct, and the Plugin is in it. I Press Select multiple times. Nothing. Used to work. NSMB2:GE Works no problem.

I have a little problem with the Download code button for Bravely Second

For Bravely Default, it's ok, I wait the AdfLy 5s, then click the button, and I can save the file 00040000000FC600.txt.

But not for second. I wait the 5s, click the button, then I have that:

And If I save manually the page, it look like that:

You can just use it this way. It's a problem that you couldn't download it but you can use it like it is.

Just rename the extension from html to txt and it should work as normal

I haven't seen Spider codes get submitted lately. Have people stopped actively doing them?

I ask because some people might find them easier to implement than using the NTR Gateshark client or buying a Gateway

This method was patched so long before. The development of spider codes was stopped 6 months before at least. Since there weren't any submissions. It's easier to use gateshark. Or to download NTR cheat plugin. There are plugins for nearly every game.
