What is the app you are using when switching to a new phone? The apps I used: Move to iOS and Samsung Smart Switch. However, both of them are not good (50% success rate).

Depends on what you want to migrate over.
I used Move to iOS to move stuff from my Android to my iPhone and the only thing it didn't moved was my WhatsApp chat history, mostly since Android uses Google Drive for its backup function and iPhone uses iCloud backup.
