ROM Hack d-pad patches released ?

Are there any more d-pad patches besides the two Zelda games and Starfox Command ?

I would love to play Moon and Dementium with aim through the d-pad, and some call of duty that does not have that option either.

If there is a guide to hacking the controls please share, as I have the time and patience to try and some past experience hacking roms.

There is/was a guide, same person which did the starfox hack made a guide.

The tools might be a bit harder to come by and I am not sure if I have copies of them around here somewhere, however if you can actually follow the guide then it should still be doable.

I am not aware of any hacks other than the two zelda games (and the multiple versions of those) and starfox.
