Hacking Cyber Gadget Save Editor Now Supports Pokemon X/Y

In lieu of me being sufficiently non-lazy to document hair color data:

Edit byte 0x14031 in a CG save (0x19431 otherwise) to "02".

This'll set your hat index to "2", making you hatless.

It'll also change your hair color in addition to ridding you of your hat (the upper bits are data for hair color in that byte), but I don't want to document how that works right now, so this is a guaranteed way to do it. (You can change your hair color in-game to what you want it to be afterwards.)

Yeah, you're totally right.

Hat index is upper 5 bits, hair color is lower 3 (and goes into the following byte? little endianness?)

well for what its worth i had 0x42 originally.. (some pink hat with with the light brown/blonde hair), changed hat to black felt and got 0x12.. so i was like oh, changed it to 0x02 and got no hat.. than tried to see what happens if i changed the 0x02 to 0x01, and got no hat and darker brown hair.

I have most of the struct mapped vaguely, need to actually figure out what bits are attributed to what. I know 0x14030-0x1403F is all the trainer customization info (same structure as saved outfits).

My current documentation has them as U16s hat/hair color, ?, pants/shirt, shoes/socks, bags/?, more ?

Neat, time to mess with that, lol.. also no sign of cross dressing yet, lel.. female and male items seem to have the same ID's, just unique models.

but does it work in a battle XD.....i guess you might end up being able to switch to NPC's at some point...that would be good for lols and any that can battle would likely act normal in battles i assume

the stand itself is invisible in battle, but whatever else is left of you renders, lol.. i can only get a head to render with it.. it seems to override all the other clothes models.

yes, thats what i did, hence why i have a japanese name but the text is in english, lol.
