Oh i forgot to mention this, you could convert the custom theme that you got from 3dsthem. to cia using HTT (Howling theme tool) but you can only put 100 themes at max using these method, or you can use an old method using homemenu extdatatool (this is the name IIRC) to install custom theme but i dont recomend this haha

Tutorial on how to create Mario Maker previews
I will do a little tutorial, which will teach how to create a preview of themes with the Skin of Mario Maker. The process will be all automatic you will only need to have the images. Photoshop will resize and automatically adjust the image using the Replace Existing File Function. I will make available 3 skins, the creation process and the same for all skins. You will only need the images generated by Usagi.

So many themes are too busy/poorly made imo. There are a handful that I could see being used as official themes, but man, they are few and far in between.

Can I get some help with turning this wav into a loopable btcsm?

I converted it directly from wav to btcsm with LoopingAudioConverter, it plays and loops good overall but it's kind of buggy.

When I install it with CHMM via the homebrew launcher it plays well with good quality, but sometimes when suspending a running game a loud continuous BEEP plays along with the song.
If I install the theme with CHMM installed with FBI, the audio will always be muffled and corrupted, sounding almost like static.

I'm using a mac so all these Theme Editor programs run on wine, which stops me from using the implemented converters on YATAX+ (wine wont even run Usagi's Theme Editor, I know it's the better theme editor.)

Any help would be appreciated. The song is "Juice" from Panty and Stocking, it's VERY suggestive so play with headphones ;). The looping samples should be 0 - 962419 (the whole song).

You have set up the LoopingAudioConverter correctly, I have already done a tutorial explaining how to configure the program to maintain stereo sound quality.

You are using the current version 1.3.3 ?

The problem may be in the music itself, what was the program you used to convert the song to WAV format. I advise using Audacity besides being free it is excellent.

It seems that that was it. I was running 1.3, not 1.3.3.
The audio now works when installing it from CHMM CIA, however, now there's a pulsating static sound playing along with the song. It's very quiet but it's there.

This version you were using is presenting several problems in the conversion process. The current version performs the conversion with the settings that Nintendo uses.

Turns out that that static I talked about is the bgm of any previous theme installed before the one I'm having trouble with. :(

It seems that this problem only happens when I install the theme through the chhm cia. I'm just gonna give up and hope that the new version of LoopAudioConverter stops the loud beep that used to occasionally happen when I installed it through the homebrew launcher.

If someone could make the bcstm from scratch I'd be forever grateful. Song is Juice from Panty and Stocking ost.

thanks for all the help!
