It's not :/ I'll try to download another theme from the theme shop. I already uninstalled CHMM2 cia and deleted the Themes folder from my SD Card

No, perform the uninstallation of this application and perform all the procedures I mentioned above. Only install CHMM2 after performing the above procedure.

Access the store, wait for it to create the necessary files, a warning appears for you to not turn off the 3DS is nor remove the SD. Go back to the main gallery and install the black colored theme. Do not download any themes.

CHMM2 is extremely buggy. I honestly do not know what I can do to help you.

The application has been discontinued, the developer no longer responds to the comments. Now Nintendo only needs to launch an update that permanently damages the operation of CHMM2.

Thank you Ryumaru. Is there any other way to install themes? if not Ill just wait till a new Theme manager comes out (read: 3DSThem.es)

You can convert the themes to .cia format using this application.

Just do not go to the theme store with Wi-Fi connected or enter the eshop. Because the themes will be uninstalled.

Waiting for the next update to see Nintendo kill CHMM2.
It will be a wonder everyone without custom themes because CHMM2 has been discontinued.

The most plausible alternative and wait for the 3dsthem administrator, finish the 3dsthem installer themes.
Or how I'm calling 3dsthem the killer of CHMM2
