Gaming custom made cases for old models?

My girlfriend is trying to take an interest in my gaming life and as such has borrowed my old PSP and bought herself an old DS Phat off ebay. The DS is working fine but it needs a hinge repair, and a new case. Since we have to replace the case anyway, she figures now's the perfect time to get a custom one made. Is there anywhere that still does custom works for the old DS Phat models? She's looking to have a case made that's totally unique to her, but if that's simply impossible can you at least point us in the direction of somewhere that does some good looking ones?

If only if it was a ds lite she bought, there are a lot more good looking ones for it.

Well the only decent condition DS Lite we could find around here would've set her back £65. The DS Phat came with all sorts of extra junk and only needs a new case to be back at peak condition and cost £22 including P+P. Hence the decision to go with the older model. She has my old Cyclo for it, at least until I get enough money to order a pair of Supercard DS Two's (one for my 3DS, one for her DS) and have an internet connection that works properly (right now if I want to watch a five minute video I have to let it stream for nearly an hour) to support them with new games. She just needs a case. There must be somewhere out there that could do a special request case, right?

Pretty neat stuff here guys! My kids ideas of 'customising their DS Lites?... put stickers all over them!! LOL
