Hacking Custom Kernel for R4 3ds upgrade Dual-core 2017

Hello everyone, recently i bought this r4 dual core, and everything and...the software is really ugly, it has a bug in menus....so the icons apears at the right and slowly moves to the left.
I updated the latest kernel but...it didnt had any upgrade...it doesnt work with most modern games like lego harry potter or mario & luigi Bowser inside History.

Bad buy, these include a timebomb in their firmware. The cart will softbrick after a certain amount of time (like 1 year IIRC).
