Any chance of a new cioscorp with rev 12 on it instead of the old rev8?

cIOSCORP doesn't come with Wan's cIOS that installs to IOS249. It comes with a cIOS36 that takes the place of IOS36. I have cIOSCORP AND Rev 10 working fine together.

Thanks Beegee.

I looked into it more now and found some solutions.

I just finished installing HBC and BackupLauncherGamma on a virgin wii. I understand to get "BLG" working I have to install CIOS rev 7 that comes included in the zip, my question is can I just install rev12 instead or do I have to install rev7 then overwrite with rev12.

Yeah the newer revisions install over top of each other as they all use the same spot (IOS 249). I would use 9/10 for now though cause lots of people are having problems with 12.

QUOTE(Aepheme @ May 30 2009, 08:21 PM) So, what do you do if you don't have IOS249 listed? There are a dozen other ones listed:

IOS36, 37, 38, 50, 51, 53, 55, 60, 61, 254, 4, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 20, 21, 22, 28, 30, 31, 33, 34, 35.

But, no 249 or 250.

Is this your first time installing cIOS?

If it is, I think you're supposed to use IOS38 (You used IOS36 in the last versions, but as said in the release notes, it uses IOS38 now)

DUDE NO! That will delete his IOS 38. This cIOS is BASED on IOS 38 but installs in IOS249's spot.

I, for myself, am still on rev9 and USBLoader and I'm very happy with that. Seems like every rev past rev9 brought bugs turn by turn (AC, USB, slower...) ! I can only give a piece of advice to newbies who don't need special thing (like SDHC) : get rev9 !

QUOTE(jono@home @ May 31 2009, 11:28 AM) cios rev 11.. is the most stable for me.. with iomega prestige 320gb harddrive

cios rev 12 does not even detect my hardrive..

(yes I have it in usb1)

ah well waits for cios rev 13....

I have the same usb hdd and same problems - find any solutions yet?

Anyone notice any issues with saving when using one of Tantric's emulators? (SNESX, etc.) Or is it that just a separate emulator issue? (I'm using the latest build by the way)
I've been playing megaman on fce ultra gx 3.0.4 and it has been saving and loading fine

No, it won't. This option means basing on which IOS you want to run the installer, just like Wad Manager 1.4, you can choose IOS to boot the the apps.

How will it delete the IOS38?

In cios rev10, you use IOS36 as the IOS to use. One you do that, you use IOS249. I'm not talking about updating, I'm talking about installing for the first time, so there is no IOS249 to use.

And since now cIOS is based on IOS38 instead of IOS36, I'm sure you use IOS38 for rev12

OH I get you sorry. I installed like rev 7 first and I had the wad for IOS 36 and used like Wad Manager IOS 16. Didn't know you could run the Wad Manager off of IOS 36 or 38. Cool and ignore my last comment everyone!
