What is the disc channel support?? In the release is says disc channel works again. What is that referring to?

I'm not too sure, but I think it's about backup loading through disc channel when you select this IOS to load from PreLoader.

Give it a shot, I will get I get home.

Cheers.

It has been this way since rev13 (usb port change) but I noticed that you said rev12 and put two and two together.

Can anyone verify this?

Yup, it works, and the solution to Boot2v4 (LU64+) Wiis.

You still need to patch your game.iso to use IOS249 or else it will not work!!!!

Tried with few games and working. Gonna make me a patched GhostBusters and try.

Yeah what does it mean?

In the last few cIOS releases, the disk channel would freeze when you run your system menu off of IOS249.
In rev 14, it doesn't freeze.

Just patching your system menu to use IOS249 doesn't mean you can run backups through the disk channel, though. To do that, you also have to patch your games to use IOS249 (I think)

It looks like Rev14 didn't harm my Rock Band 2 save data. The save just corrupted itself on its own. Thank goodness for compulsive nand backups. I used bootmii to restore my nand to Thursday of last week and re updated to Rev14 and my save is fine.

I know, I just confirmed this works. I'm gonna try GhostBusters and see if Rev14 corrects the Freeze and the Error002b.

Hehe, you were making me nervous there for a minute

. I remember when my RB2 saves got corrupted when I got a power-outage mid-game.
The savefile seems to be overly sensitive
