Hacking Cubic Ninja for Gateway?

Do you think there'll ever be a way to launch the Gateway launcher on the N3DS using cubic ninja? It seems that hackers have already gotten ARM9 Kernel access with it, so it should be possible. When do you think this might happen?

I did update mine though with no GW

it most likely wont update.... I tried it the first night and i got an error message.. Im lucky i did... both were linked and both would have updated.

failed again... ill put it close to the router next time.

EDIT.. it seems like its working now...

Can someone tell me the safest way to update a game? Would I hit the Y button when it says launch update?
