I don't really understand how to work this program. When I dragged all the files in the zip into a folder I made on my desktop and open it via command prompt, it doesn't open.
When I open it by dragging the CTRTool.exe file into CMD and pressed enter, the command shows up, but none of them work. Can someone walk me through the process of using this? If not, then are there any guides? I couldn't find any via Googling except for a few but it didn't really help me much.
