I changed many things in the last version so it should be more stable.
I suggest you wait until I release the next update and if you still have an issue with it, I'll help you debug it.

i get the green screen when i use the rosalina menu but when i click select there is no cheat codes what do i do

What do you mean no cheat codes? Like it doesnt bring up any sort of text? Or does it show different tabs to choose from and there is nothing within those?

This plugin itself does not have any codes within it. This one is more for using a blank plugin to use the cheat search engine.

This is expected behavior, you provide the cheats yourself.

All questions are answered in the post. You supply them via text file and can place it either in SD:/luma/plugins/<tid>/cheats.txt or you may instead place it in SD:/cheats/<tid>.txt

As for the actual text files themselves, you can download pre-made ones from sites like fort42 or maxconsole or you can create your own text file with the various Gateway codes all over this forum or you can use the plugin to make your own cheats with the Search option.

I have a question.. mind you guys I'm a very new CFW 3DS owner.. but I have an O3DS, so will this make me use codes for other games like monster hunter and stuff that's only allowed in N3DS? I know it works in Pokemon USUM but not sure if it will work on others..

Yes it will work with mode-3 games if your using the Luma plugin loader + CTRPF AR.

I followed Nanquitas's method because I have a 2DS. When I launch Ultra Sun, I get the green screen but then it crashes with the error:
