I actually accidentally made my wii shoot discs when I took it apart to mod it.

hey fors, i know that you want to wait till bootmii comes out to release this so that there will be less bricks and more features. much homebrew comes with a "use at your own risk" understanding, this one should be no different. why not release it and say that only starfall users can install it? or "if you dont know what this is, dont install it"? nobody will hold YOU accountable for THEIR mistakes. also, i hear that this will be released in the year 2012 (when the world ends).

What about an option to turn on the Wii's Blue LED permanently? That would be cool. Then our Wiis would look like they did back when they were introduced at E3!

you need the de-modulator for that to work properly. maybe they could implement it into the cIOS.

Oh, and that the Wii lights always blue is a great Idea and very possible...look at Dragon-Media Player....But how will you see that you have a new Message? And I love that the Drive flashess for a second if you put in a Disc...this will all gone if the Wii lights always blue...
