Gaming Crisis Core help?

I downloaded a CSO of Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII, and it crashes after the first battle, when Zack walks up the stairs.

I've tried all the different drivers, none work.
Would switching to UMD-Mode (where you need a UMD in) help? I can't test it because I don't have a UMD readily available.
Also, do UMD movies work?

any UMD will work but I recommend you redownload and instead get a full ISO version, but the movies are always choppy unless u have the real game.

No a UMD movie wont work to boot the game in UMD-mode it has to be a game.

Also with the iso the in game movies shouldn't be choppy at all. I'm using a fake sony 2GB MS and the movies are fine.

Speak for yourself. I never noticed any choppyness during the time I had it on my memory stick.

Neither did i. Movies as the game were perfectly smooth with zero loading times from my memorystick 4gb. Awesome game, finished it a couple of days ago.

Related problem (Crisis Core I'll just get a UMD and try again)

When I try Vice City Stories out, it gets to the loading screen, but doesn't work, and turns off the PSP
Anyone know why??
