If you have a 3DS, look in System Settings > Data Management > Nintendo 3DS

Nah, Ridge Racer was just the game that the save game decryption was found on first.

Apparently the next version is going to be able to restore saves to the carts too.

Looks like v0.2 is out.

3DSaveTool can be used to find the XOR key used for encryption and use it to encrypt/decrypt EEPROM savefiles of 3DS games.
DSaveManager can be used to transfer savefiles from DS/3DS games via wlan to a PC.

savetool's for decrypting, savemanager's for transferring.
