I just had an Idea

it would be great (If auto-boot is added) to use DScovered as a plug-in opening menu instead of the default one, the only problem being opening the GBA emu, it would look so much cooler than the normal one

You mean have DSCovered (mini?) read the _dstwoplug folder and show the icons? I would rather use my DSi4DS or something similar, so I wouldn't be restricted by the files format/dimentions of those used in the DSTwo launcher.

Hallo Spinal_cord Now i tell you my question the third time.Can you make a function to disable the favorites????Because my little son (5 years) push sometimes the L Button and when you push to much the L Button all covers become graphik glitches.

Spinal! You have been told! Third and final warning mate!

I am not adding anything to DSCovered until the next update, sorry.

The next update may not have a favourites option, not at first anyway as I have changed the way in which DSCovered stores the file information. I will have to see if I can come up with a solution, that is, if people want to keep that function.

For DScovered as the plug-in menu I meant just auto booting it and loading nds files from it (still with covers), but the problem would be running DSGAME.nds and the Gba emulator, not literally the plug-in menu like coverflow

I think dsgame.nds would load properly, but the gba emu probably not.

int flag=ini_getl("options","disable_favorites",0,"options.ini");
if(flag){...inputting L is ignored...}

Quick question, could someone please explain to me how I would be able to get this to boot games on a Supercard running EOS SP3.

I've tried all the methods that were mentioned earlier in this thread, and nothing seems to work.

I'm not suer that EOS on supercard dsone has an autoboot feature that can be used, I know that the dstwo doesn't. For now at least, you may be out of luck (unless someone can prove me wrong).

I did a walk through here by running it through Ysmenu.
But I don't know how to make it work using that firmware, I don't think you can really.

Of course not for DSONE EOS either. Have to stick with YSMenu.

You have not replied, spinal...

Here is the build with the above addition, the L and R buttons should not do nothing if you set disable_favorites=1 under [options] in your .ini file.
DSCovered.nds

I haven't been able to test it, my ds card is all set up for the new build and my pc is running far too slow because im recording a video. So if someone could tell me if it works or not that would be great.

... I didn't know ysmenu worked... I would expect it to gave an unsupported dldi error or something.

1. I'll test
2. Currently Supercard DSONEi only works with YSMenu because EOS lacks autorun support. You can use ttreset to get YSMenu working.

Yeah, I pointed that out a long time ago.

Yeah, I pointed that out a long time ago.

The question is, is DSCovered still using the EOS Patching system and loader. If it's not then It's useless for me to run it on my Supercard DSOnei. Since many of the newer games will not work.

Sheesh, I wish someone would port Wood over to the Supercard DSOne as well. Heck the DSOne OS is based on WoodRPG IIRC, so I hardly see why this isn't possible. Nothing against my Acekard though.

Well you can't use it in DScovered, but you can just rename the SCFW.SC to ESO.NDS and still load into EOS that way and use it
Still with YSmenu you can use the newer games either way by just waiting for the Extinfo.dat, Savlib.dat, and Infolib.dat to update, which they are always updated here
