Youtube can now run on banned switches, by patching the NSP. This is due to Youtube having their own servers, instead of Nintendos.
Could this be possible for other NSPs, such as Fortnite and Paladins? As they have their own servers.

LAN wireless over Internet still works though

I'd believe that modification was possible because the Youtube NSP is only a web-app, where you can extract the code directly and modify the algorithm responsible for Nintendo validation. On games, it is coded and compiled into the game binary.

Wrong.

Every online game calls "nn::account::LoadNetworkServiceAccountIdTokenCache" (or a similar api).
This function returns 0 on success, if it's non-zero, then you get an error message.

Youtube only verifies if this function returns 0, so it's easily patchable.
Fortnite / Paladins / Warframe / ... are actually verifying everything and use a Nintendo Token to login.
