Hacking Could not communicate using SSL C2-14900-4

I'm trying to download file off of github, and I keep getting this error. I also cannot connect to my FTP server (just spins and says please wait...).

I've read that this can be due to the time being off, so I set it via internet in settings, rebooted, and it looks right, but is still not connecting.

Any ideas? I'm on 3.60 enzo

UPDATE: Not sure what changed but the FTP server is now working at least... Still can't download anything.

Try to edit your link to not use SSL.
i.e. change https to http

Github have stopped supporting old encryption methods that the vita uses so you'll need to use a phone or pc to download and send files manually

i.e. change https to http

yeah i tried that. I think RaptorDMG is right.
